The Artist Color assortment includes both oil and soft pastel crayons. Soft pastels are soft crayons consisting of pigments and binder and can be smudged easily. Oil pastels crayons contain oil as binder and are very colour-intensive and they are more smudgier instead of powdery. Drawings with oil pastels can also be smduged but only with the help of baby oil for example.
