Which institutes test the quality of Eberhard Faber
Eberhard Faber is part of the Faber-Castell Group. We are very proud of this because Faber-Castell is one of the oldest family businesses in the world. Quality has always been a top priority at Faber-Castell. Whether colour pencil, backpack or children's face paint: all Eberhard Faber products are scrutinised by external auditors.
TÜV-seal
The TÜV-seal proves that our products contain no harmful substances.
SGS Institut Fresenius
The materials used in our children's and school backpacks are tested by the SGS Institut Fresenius.
Dermatologically tested
We get all make-up products dermatologically tested so that delicate children's skin does not suffer any damage during make-up application.
Internal quality assurance provides final security
Eberhard Faber's quality standards are high. That is why external tests are not enough for us. After the products have been inspected by external institutes, they have to pass another test. And this takes place in our company. For Eberhard Faber, the same strict quality standards apply as for Faber-Castell. And that's a good thing: We want you and your children to be able to be creative without any worries!
